A Chip off the old block!

As we get rolling into the New Year and get back to normal around here. This beautiful English Angora doe, born here to our Peachy and London (Dorothy DeBisshop's buck) last July, is the Granddaughter to our Tawny. Everything about her is her grandmother. She is stunning and at not quite 6 months old, is already sporting a 6 inch staple length and her wool production is off the charts!

The crimp on her wool is so amazing. This doe was bred for her color, wool and she has not disappointed! She is molting her baby coat and it is just beautiful.

This is her outer coat as you see it on her side, not yet parted which has even more variation. The awesome thing is she has her mother, Peachy's attitude and her grandmothers amazing wool.

This is her wool parted. The camera didn't pick up the chocolate tones throughout her coat.

This is her sister a blue EA. Her wool is stunning and I have never produced a blue before so this is a wonderful treat to have these two stunning does! Now to name them!
