Meet "the girls"

We finally came up with names for our English Angora does that were born here late July of 2019! Sometimes names come at once and other times it takes a while. These two were born from separate litters making them half sisters. Their coloring is superb! On the left is "Coco" who is a beautiful chocolate with an open face. As I posted about her earlier she is the spitting image of her grandmother "Tawny".

On the right is a beautiful blue doe, our first one ever, "Azure Blue". She is a lot smaller than her half sister, much like her mother "Ginger". She is an amazing wool producer too and even off her body her wool is a beautiful blue color. They both have the sweetest personalities but I am sure that will change after they are a year old. After all their grandmother is Tawny, the biggest attitude in the land!

A days worth of grooming! (Ignore the dated bags). I wish the camera could pick up the colors better. These girls are molting so fast I can barely keep up! This is good because it forces me to handle them a lot.

"Azure's" amazing crimp! Her sister doesn't quite possess this quality in her wool, so what she losses in size she makes up in crimp and wool! I am so looking forward to these two being part of our rabbitry and farm.
